Between What Moves and What Remains

A series of light sculptures

Between What Moves and What Remains reflects on the quiet tension between change and stillness - the play of what shifts and what stays. A tinted mirror captures fleeting reflections, echoing the impermanence of self and time. Behind it, diffused light glows through translucent glass, suggesting a steady inner rhythm - a reminder of life’s ongoing continuity beneath all movement.

As light and reflection intertwine, perception and presence begin to blur. Each movement distorts the mirrored image, dissolving boundaries between the external and internal, the observer and the observed. Yet within this shifting surface, the rhythmic glow persists - a subtle echo of breath and heartbeat, anchoring the viewer in the continuity that underlies change.

The work invites a slowing down - a moment to breathe with the shifting patterns, to sense the dialogue between stillness and motion, and to witness oneself within that in-between.
